The Season of Cheeryful Attire.
Patrick and I enjoyed a nice long walk down by the river in Minneapolis last Friday. We realized how differently we enjoy the walk. I like to pause and sit on a bench every once in a while or on a rock overlooking the skyline and nestle into his arms, sigh dramatically, smile dorkily, and kind of stare it down. This makes Patrick a little more than a tad restless. He enjoys the walk with every step we take, the moving from here to there, the figuring out which paths to take/roads to cross. He likes looking to see what's new and what restaurants we should try...
