Jaipur proved to be both very interesting and very uninteresting all at the same time. The oxymoron of India continues. When writing the email to my mom about my stay there it sounded borderline extreme, and I could imagine her thumbing her rosary beads along while reading it, slipping loose a quiet “Sweet Christ” in Polish here and there between lines. But in reality, we only mustered to stay at the spot for a day and were on the first bus out of there come morning. I think that once we hit this leg of the journey we were just...over it.
