I am really trying not to buy things just because it's on sale. In my previous shopaholic life, I would buy something that I liked and HAD to have it if it's on sale. Then it would sit in my closet and sometimes never used because of one reason or another (please tell me I am not the only one). So for me Target is a very dangerous place since most items are very reasonable even when it's not on sale. I was at Target and cruised by the clearance section and found this skirt for under $4.
