Who Can Take A Broken Heart?

(see my first spring outfit from last year here ) If you've been reading my blog for awhile, you'd know that I'm a big tights wearer. Even when it's 15 °C outside, I would still sport my black tights until it becomes uncomfortable (read: too hot) for me to do so.
