I am loving this chill yet not chill outfit! I clearly love maxi skirts but look at how fun this one is! It's not just an ordinary maxi, it's a maxi with a little twist which is always good! You can tuck the ruffle in, wear it high waisted, wear it on your hips, pretty much you can wear it however you would like haha but i am loving the ruffled high waist look!
