Oh man you guys, I have been so busy this week. My bosses started picking a jury for a death penalty trial Monday and I stayed with them in court for 2 days. My job was to do little google background checks on all the potential jurors to see if anything popped up that would make us want/not want them as a juror. I also kept my computer with me to do some last minute research if an issue came up (and several did). On Thursday I had to spend the entire day at a seminar about professionalism. It's required that all new Florida lawyers go to this seminar within your first year after passing the bar, so it was mandatory. I found it utterly useless given that my law school...
