I Made a Scarf
Over the Christmas holidays I started knitting this scarf and here is the final product. It wasn't originally supposed to turn out like this, but I'm happy with the end result. Being the rookie knitter that I am, I put too many stitches along the first row and before I knew it, I ran out of yarn. With some old buttons lying around the house I decided to turn into a sort of "snood." With just the cost of yarn, this scarf cost me a whopping $3. Perhaps I have a DIY bone or two in my body after all :)
