How I wish that I could have worn this outfit with a pencil skirt instead, but oh well. It's still too cold and windy to bare my legs, so I'll just have to wait. I'm wearing the flower necklace that I bought on Monday from Target for half off. I wish there was more blooms on it, but I really like it!
