I wanted to take a couple of seconds to remember the people that lost their lives or were injured from the bombings at the Boston Marathon this week. I am angry that this act was so senseless and my heart goes out to the families that will be forever impacted by this day. As a fellow runner, I am heart broken that running races will never be the same with everyone worried about personal safety. Participating in any sporting event is about bringing people together and doing their best. This tragic event will bring the good out in everyone and good will prevail from evil.
