Lilly top: $2.99 from Goodwill Tulle skirt: $2.99 from Volunteers of America Charlotte Russe heels: $8.00 from Plato's Closet Cameo Pin: $7.99 from Avon Total look: $21.97 I had my eye on a tulle skirt online, and I didn't want to pay full price for it..so I kept looking! Finally my wait paid off. I ended up finding this skirt for $2.99! I added my dead cameo pin that I got for Halloween from Avon, because I thought that it had a gothic look to it. What do you think?
