Mental health and depression awareness: my own story
As you all know, I’ve been trying to raise awareness about mental health and depression by holding this giveaway . The main reason is because I know a lot of people around me who are struggling with depression or anxiety. I have my own personal demons that keep me awake at nights, but it is mostly other people’s suffering that makes me realise how important this issue is. And how important it is for sufferers of these illnesses to realise that they are not alone, and they need help. Because when they give up, they affect other people. People like me.
