One of the best part of vacations is not having to think about doing dishes for a whole week. Not that I don't do this at home from time to time. But on vacation there aren't stacks of dishes waiting. The food at our resort was so good! Patrick is not normally a risk-taker when it comes to food, but he's willing to go a little crazy at an all-inclusive. Which usually entails ordering unique variations of seafood or beef.
