Last week I started my new job. I've worked in the media industry for a few years now (4years+) and so I have gauged office wear and industry dress codes by now. I like the advertising / media industry I work in, as whilst professionalism and looking respectable is highly important, individuality and personal style is welcomed, and there's no uniform suit and boot enforcements.
