Look At My Face!: Featuring Urban Decay's Chaos Shadow
Happy Sunday! I wanted to figure out a way to wear the bright matte blue shade, Chaos, in Urban Decay's Vice Palette. (I wore this makeup with this floral shorts outfit .) The shade is a little tricky to work with because it's matte, but it's such a cool color! I used xSparkage's tutorial featuring Chaos as a guide to get this shade to look as nice as possible. I followed her instructions to pack the color onto the lid to make it vibrant. Using NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in milk definitely helped Chaos apply easier.
