Merl Merl surprised me with a visit this last weekend. I mean, surprised as in 'hey girl, I'm driving up tomorrow!', not like she jumped out of a cake or something. She did however, catch me unexpectedly because she drove with a heavy foot (my foot is much lighter and I need a bathroom break every hour while I road trip) and I was actually vacuuming upstairs when she came in and made herself at home....
