cuff it.
i thought i was over ombre. guess not! even hair-wise i've been wanting to rid my tresses of it. especially after having the same color for 4 years... but now that i've gradually begun the process, i want it back! ahhh! i can't make up my mind. so thoughts? ombre yay or ombre nay? xoxo, blair.
