Women in Technology
I work for a fantastic company. Because of some of my day to day struggles, I may forget from time to time, but events like the one I attended yesterday definitely remind me. Yesterday, our company had it’s 2nd annual Women in Technology Forum for employees. It was hosted in San Jose but there were dozens of satellite locations around the world that tuned in via video including NYC (yay technology!) We heard from our leadership, both male and female, received amazing advice on how to keep moving forward in our careers, and had a frank discussion about Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In (which is at the top of my Amazon wish list.)
