Mental Health Awareness Giveaway
The past few months, many shops within Australia have contributed various pieces for this giveaway that is really important to me personally. With this giveaway, I aim to raise awareness in mental health and depression, particular in women. We often are judged for our sexes, deemed “emotional” or “hormonal” when we get upset. We know that in some cases that might be true, but in some of our closest friends/family these feelings are uncontrollable. These negative feelings spiral out of control and we don’t know what to do.
