The top I'm wearing is actually a tunic with a black elastic waist, and it has the cutest cutout in the back. Guess you'll have to take my word for it for now... in the meantime I was pleasantly surprised at the loveliness of this combo. The elastic of the tunic blended quite well with the waist of this closet-staple skirt, extending it a bit, which I liked! The only issue was when the waist of the skirt sagged a little...
