Wearing a dress when there is snow on the ground is only something people here do. { Dress : Old Navy (old) ( similar ), Denim Jacket : Nordstrom , Rain Boots : Hunter Boots , Belt : Target, Bracelets : David Yurman , t+j Designs} Having lived in the Boston area almost my whole life, I'm used to the fact that one day it can be snowy and bitterly cold and the next day it's sunny and warm. We are just not afraid of the cold here, sick of it yes, but afraid, not so much.
