It's My Birthday!!!!
Yesterday was my last day of my two week subbing job with the first graders. We celebrated St. Patrick's Day!! We had so much fun graphing with Lucky Charms (and eating them), reading stories about leprechauns, and writing about how we would catch a leprechaun. Also, we did a maze that lead the leprechaun to the pot of gold!! It was an exciting Friday! Plus they all remembered it was my birthday tomorrow from the first time I told them (1st graders have quite the memory). They all were giving me birthday hugs and saying they didn't want me to go.
