Considering she gave birth to someone like me, my mum is pretty (read: very) controlled when it comes to shopping for clothes. She rarely impulse buys, ponders something a long time before purchasing and looks at investment pieces opposed to my unhealthy (but decreasing) 'one in every colour and cut' theory- I could definitely learn a thing or two. Plus, she rarely ever treats herself (and no mum, your trademark no7 eye shadow doesn't count).
