What lies beneath
This is how I leave home each morning. The rationale behind the outfit is that I can wear what I’d normally wear to work, rather than walking gear, and hide what’s going on underneath with The World’s Largest Coat™.
What’s going on underneath is general disarray, as I learnt the hard way. Arrived at work, hung the monster puffa on the coat stand and strode purposefully to my desk projecting what I hoped was an air of cool professionalism - which was SEVERELY undermined by the skirt part of my dress being twisted up somewhere near my waist. Yep, let’s all take a moment to thank the lord for black opaque tights *blushes*.
