Let’s talk about food. I get a lot of inquiries on my diet, so I thought I’d share with you the story behind my pescatarian conversion.
I was a heavy meat eater as a kid. Whenever I’d eat in restaurants, I’d always get the yummiest juciest burgers and steaks on the menu! After ballet practice, I’d have my daily dose of “QP” or Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries and an extra large coke. Of course as a hyperactive kid with an insane metabolism, that kind of diet didn’t bother me much.
