Peplums and Pencils
I am in love with peplum tops and pencil skirts. End of story. There is something about the way they make a girl feel. Feminine and chic. It seriously is a joyous day when you can wear heels and not be squeezing your husband's hand in fear of face planting it in the snow. Anyone else agree?! Spring please come soon!
