My schedule at work is pretty flexible, so I'm really glad that I can switch my days around to run errands at home. I spent a lot of time with my mom, driving her around and just hanging out with her lately since my dad is on a business trip.
I also had the chance to go to the gym for the first time this year yesterday and I felt both miserable and great about it. I haven't been keeping up with my exercise plan for past few months and I can definitely feel that my cardiovascular fitness...
