A Vintage Gem!
This dress was given to me as a gift for my birthday in 2011, I attended a friend's birthday party and decided that it was time for it to be shown off again for it's second time. It is a genuine 1950s dress which I believe was homemade. With it's luxurious (and rather heavy) fabric, bright colours and unique style of dress it is a very festive dress. I wore my backseams and garterbelt as usual... Unless it's horribly hot (Thanks a lot Australian weather)! I walked around in my favourite little black strap up heels, my 1950s beaded purse and finally I added my vintage starfish clip-on earings. I ate plenty of food and...
