Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! I'm still working on my New Year's resolutions (as in, trying to decide what they should be, not, you know, actually working on them ). This year, I'm taking a cue from the office and creating goals with the SMART formula . You've probably heard that term from your HR department - it means the goals you set should be s pecific, m easurable, a ttainable, r elevant and t ime-bound. For example, instead of saying, "I plan to save money", you might say, "I will save 10% of every paycheck this year."
