I've now been in 2 real design studios in my life. And one of them was yesterday. Still in the melt-in-the-knees reaction phase with them. I just have such respect for fashion designers and the whole creative process. One of my favorite shows last year at Minneapolis-St. Paul Fashion Week was the University of Minnesota Senior Fashion Show. Each student shows a mini-collection, showcasing what they've learned and I think also, where they are going. They get full creative license, and by goodness they take it.
