OOTD :: A little splurge
Over in my other blog world, we’ve been talking about the art of the shopping lemming. It’s that item that you see on someone and suddenly need. The craving grows more and more as you see more people talk about, wear it, own it, whatever.
Normally I’m the opposite — I tend to stay away from what everyone else is doing. I know that doesn’t quite jive with my purchases from mass market stores, but my hope is always that I’m presenting them in ways that are uniquely “roxy” until my budget or patience level returns to a point where I can begin seeking out the truly unique.
