Hello! Beside its amazing views and beaches, Corfu is famous for its cuisine which comprises many delicious dishes. I could say that corfiot cuisine is somewhat of a combination between Mediterranean cuisine (olive oil, vegetables, cheese, pastas, meat) and Venetian cuisine, cooked with local spicy recipes- mmmm, yummy!
