So, I took these photos myself. Yeah, the angle is a little bit strange, but it was cold and I was afraid of adventuring and it not working out. Victor (the photographing boyfriend) got a battery grip that came with a remote for Christmas! Which made these possible and with Christmas money he purchased a nice 17-50mm f/2.8 lens. That probably doesn't mean much to you, but we've been shooting with a 50mm prime lens and let me tell you, shooting with a 50mm is hard enough when you have a subject and ten times harder for self-portraits.
