My First Dress to Skirt Refashion
I am pretty sure that the world has stopped for just a moment. I managed to take a dress that no longer fit me and refashioned it into a skirt! For a non-sewer like me this is a big deal. My thought process was this dress was free from a clothing swap, so what the heck if I screwed it up (although I would have been sad because I love this fabric). Here's what I did: Duh, I cut the dress before taking a picture. Here is what it looked like put back together. This dress had a sash as well as the top part and a zipper to cut first.
