Cocktail Hour
When it's freezing cold outside, and you have a nice event to go to after work, what do you do? LAYER! After work Monday night, I went to an event at Benefit Cosmetics, so I had to look decently cute, right? I wore a pretty peplum dress from Anthro, and layered a cropped cashmere sweater over it. A warm wool cocoon coat, fleece lined leggings, and knee high boots protect from the elements. Of course, I added a sparkly necklace, and bubblegum pink lip- it's Benefit Cosmetics after all! Dress: Anthropologie. Sweater: Anthropologie. Coat: J. Crew. Leggings: Unknown via TJ Maxx. Boots: Rachel Comey. Necklace: Forever 21.
