Channeling Annie
Many times when trying to decide what to wear, I revert to favorite films and attempt to recreate looks from the flicks while maintaining my own quirkiness. This particular day I took a crack at fashioning an outfit around famed air brain Annie Hall (if you haven't seen this Woody Allen directed gem, do yourself a favor and watch it pronto). This was easier said than done as my wardrobe consists of mostly frilly dainty things and Hall is known for her more masculine duds. I tried to fuse the worlds together by keeping the essentials for this outfit pretty basic with wide leg khakis, a blazer, and tie (back from my Avril Lavigne lovin collage days), quirked it up a bit...
