Ramblin’ free
Confession time. My name is Sarah and I’m a Rambler. There, that wasn’t so bad.
I’ve always walked a lot. When we were kids, weekends were spent walking in Edinburgh’s Pentland Hills. Partly because my folks didn’t have much spare dosh when we were growing up so a free activity was always go and partly because entertainment hadn’t been invented back then so there was bollocks all else to do (until someone invented the ZX Spectrum, we all got addicted to Horace Goes Skiing and didn’t leave the house for the next ten years).
I’ve been climbing Munros for the past two summers and really enjoy it but my walking partner...
