It seemed about time for another Who-spiration post!!!! Thus, here I am! Jon Pertwee, the most suave and gentleman-like of all the doctors, was known as the Dandy Doctor due to his assortment of gentleman-like costumes, Quoting the first Doctor, describing the second and third doctors: "A dandy and a clown!"
