The summer of trousers is continuing for me. These trousers were finished on the very muggy eve of our recent 45 degree day. I'm not sure what possesses me to sew pants in hot weather. Again I am happy with the fit of these trousers. I have made a few more modifications and will make a few more for the next. Modications this time include - trimming the inner and outer back leg at the top, which has minimised and straightened the back leg wrinkles. - pinned the fly facing to the pant piece before cutting and cut both front pieces the same. After doing this I was able to use Sandra Betzina's video for the fly zipper insertion. Seriously, you can't go wrong using...
