What a bargain!
Sweater: Ross $0.50! Belt: Wet Seal? Bracelet: Charlotte Russe Boots: Ross This sweater initially had a thin grey boa/faux fur scarf attached to the collar and after cutting it off, the sweater looked 1000 times better. My coworker asked me to take it home and return with it in a bag for her the next day. I wasn't so sure about the sweater when I bought it, but I think it looks so much better with the belt too. Can't beat the price!
