SNOW DAY
When I got up at 7am in London yesterday, the snow was just starting to fall. When I rushed home after work to get on the road to bristol there was a good 3 inches of snow covering everything (my beetle was a big snow ball). Beautiful. The kids were out in the field having snow fights and everyone was generally just strolling around in the snow. I know it causes disruption and can be dangerous on the roads (i had to drive 130 miles to Bristol) but I just love it when it snows. It gets children outside, playing like they should do, it gets teens and young adults out building snow men and parents together admiring the family having fun. It means we can dress up in our...
