Pretend Fancy
When I met my friend for drinks on Sunday in this outfit he said, "You're all dressed up." And I replied by just shrugging. It's really not all that fancy. The main items are really simple and casual (and thrifted), and I have on some really inexpensive accessories. But I have to admit, I did look more put-together than usual. I spent most of the weekend doing various domestic projects, from weeding to canning tomato sauce, so this was a rare evening out of my gross jeans. I get so many compliments on this necklace.
