30 x 30 Day 9: Edgy at Work
When I was choosing shoes for my 30 x 30 challenge, I figured I needed one pair of shoes that I could wear "out" on the weekends so I chose this pair of booties below. I didn't think I'd be able to wear them to work at all, but after paying much more attention to how people dress in court, I noticed women take the most sartorial risks with their shoes. I've seen booties, knee-high boots, platform heels, brightly colored heels, animal prints and more. So, I didn't feel too out of place when I wore this outfit. Plus, if I had to, I could remove the scarf and I'd look pretty darn normal. Do you wear "safe" shoes to work or do you take some risks?Downside to this outfit -...
