Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all survived your hangovers (of whatever variety) from yesterday. I have a meat hangover which is going to result in my eating salad for the rest of the week (Jerk chicken, sweet and sour chicken wings, pulled pork and ribs). Oy vey.
