Do you "Remember the Time"?
No, I don't mean that catchy 1992 song from that famous pop artist, but my post from back in September when I purchased this cute top in JCPenney's junior's department and I bragged about my great deal and the potential this summer top had. Well here it is! I'm wearing this Peter Pan collar top under my traditional sweater to give it that trendy edgy vibe.
So what do you think, is this a yay or a nay?
