The Sunlight Through The Flags
It was sunny out today, after nearly two weeks of clouds and rain. Our laundry could finally dry (dryers aren’t that common in Vietnam so we line-dry everything), I could work in actual daylight (in fact I took my Kindle outside and read my scripts in the backyard), and my tights felt almost too warm (but you don’t want to see my bare legs. Trust me.) Apparently it brings out my preference for the parentheses as well.
Of course I shouldn’t get too excited because it was just the overture to another cold snap which is coming tomorrow. Bollocks.
