Come & Gone
Ok where has the weekend gone? It went by in what felt like a second! It was filled with hanging stockings and throwing tinsel, picking out the prettiest Christmas bulbs from cardboard boxes and drinking hot apple cider while the men hang colorful lights. My mom busted out all of our old holiday crafts from grade school, and we laughed as we looked at stick figure angels, blobs of glitter meant to be snowmen, and sweet, misspelled wish lists. So I guess the weekend went by in a flash, but it was a cozy one. And my favorite tidbit from it: My mom bought a garden gnome thinking it was Santa. Sometimes I love having foreign parents haha!
