I love this dress. Yes, my $10 sad sack of a dress that I discovered once belted turns into this super feminine, flowy mass of pink gorgeous chiffon. Ok, I made up the chiffon part. I have no idea what it is, but I swear it was $10. I wear this poofy eyelet skirt underneath bc it is a tad sheer and no one needs to see my knickers at the office.
