(Hat: Forever 21, Dress: UsTrendy, Jacket: Black Sheep Clothing, Boots: ShoeMint) I'm really not one to dress up for like parties or going out. But this is something I would wear if I wanted to dress up a little more. I love the hint of sparkle in this dress, and I think that's why I think it's a little more on the fancy side maybe. It would be perfect to dress up or down. The high-low cut in the back is the perfect chic touch to the dress too, and even the higher neck is great.
