Even "cheap" options are getting more realistic and less plastic-y. I normally still opt for real leather any time I have the chance, but I added not one, but two faux-leather pieces on my last trip to Goodwill. This NWT Papaya vest is very soft and fit great. I expect it will get a lot of wear, especially as a spring/summer layer.
