I was in Ottawa again recently for work and I went to that store The Workshop again and bought this dress. It came with a tie belt but I think I like it best without it. Dress: Individual for iclothing co Tights: Hue (last worn here) Boots: Fluevog Fellowship | Roseabelles I bought these boots in 2005 in Vancouver in the Fluevog Granville St store. I was a big splurge for me at the time. I don't wear them often enough. I think they were about $290 at the time. Wheee!
